The Peco TwistLock Turnout Motor is an easy-to-install 16V AC electric solenoid turnout motor designed for easy installation under your layout wood sub roadbed board up to 19/32" 1.5cm thick. Only one hole is necessary for the throw bar to reach up to the turnout - no rectangular holes are necessary. To mount only a pair of properly positioned screws must be driven underneath the board and the motor twists into place. Once mounted, it can be easily twisted off for reuse on your next layout. It's compatible with all manufacturer's HO, N, S and O Scale turnouts. This switch machine is pre-wired with three leads already attached and ready for hookup to your favorite turnout control switch. It's available with or without a microswitch to automatically change track polarity on reverse loops and anywhere else needed. The Microswitch is available supplied with the turnout motor as No. 552-PL1001, or separately as part No. 552-PL1005. The TwistLock Turnout Motor can also be mounted on your layout surface with the TwistLock Turnout MotorSurface Mount No. 552-PL1006.
