We realize that at this time of the year, people are anxious to
have their gift orders delivered in time for the holidays. We take this
as seriously as you do and ask you to read these notes.
- Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Important
Note: Keep in mind that many items are listed as "Available - Normally Ship within 2-5
Business Days".
This timeline cannot be expedited even if you select an Express or
Priority method of shipment. Order processing time is completely
independent of the ship method you select.
- If your order will not be able to ship within the specified
processing period, we will send you an email informing you of the delay
and your options. If an item is out of stock and you do not cancel
your order, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are
available. In these circumstances, we cannot guarantee it will
arrive in time for the holidays. We cannot automatically cancel
orders/items as many people prefer that we put them on backorder.
- We cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed due to
issues with the shipping carrier. All carriers are often backlogged
during the holiday season and ground ship methods have no service
guarantees during this time of year.
- If an express service (UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS
Next Day) fails to meet their service commitment, your only recourse will
be a refund of shipping where applicable. Visit the UPS website for
details on their guarantees. Keep in mind that severe weather can
delay packages and such delays do no constitute a service failure by the
carrier. USPS Priority and First Class have no guarantees or
refunds. Additionally, many
guarantees are still suspended this year.

that you check your email after placing your order so that you are aware of any
