River pass (ST1484) is an HO scale layout base in a box. It contains all the SubTerrain materials you need to build a 4x8"layout, including Risers, Inclines, Profile Boards, Foam Sheets and Plaster Cloth. It also includes some Track-Bed and Ballast.
